Shindokan Dojo is a traditional budo dojo located in Stonington, Connecticut, serving the surrounding towns of Mystic, Groton, Westerly, and beyond. We are dedicated to the embodiment of the values and virtues of authentic Japanese budo and its dissemination throughout the greater New England region. The budo traditions housed in our dojo are authentic, with verifiable, documented lineages extending back to the samurai class of feudal Japan, handed down through direct transmission from teacher to student, from heart to heart.
